Prices are per workspace, not per person. A Team Pass or Business covers everyone in the workspace, and a colleague who joins pays nothing. Euro prices include VAT. In US dollars the numbers are the same, and any sales tax is added at checkout. See Currency, VAT and sales tax.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a free trial in its personal space: 30 days, 10 scans, 2 AI analyses and one collection. No credit card. When the trial ends, its contacts are deleted and there is no export window, so choose a plan or export before then. See The free trial.
Solo
For one person who meets people for work and wants to keep those contacts private. Solo lives in your personal space: 100 scans and 5 analyses each month, and up to 3 collections at a time. Unused allowance rolls over, up to 3 months’ worth (Rollover and expiry). Pay €4.90 a month, or €49 a year and save €9.80. The allowance refreshes every month either way.
Team Pass
For one event or a few, with colleagues. One payment of €119 runs a company workspace for 12 months, for up to 5 people, the owner and pending invitations included. The team shares 500 scans and 50 analyses and gets 3 shared collections. The instant follow-up email is included (The instant follow-up email).
The pass never renews by itself. The owner can renew it for 12 more months with one more payment, any time before it ends or in the 30 days after. See Renew a Team Pass.
Business
For teams that are always meeting people. Up to 10 people share 2,000 scans and 100 analyses every month, with unlimited shared collections and the instant follow-up email. Pay €99 a month, or €79 a month billed yearly: one payment of €948 a year, which saves €240. One company bill, not per person.
Which plan is right for me?
- Just me. Solo. Your contacts stay in your personal space, private to you.
- One event or a few, with colleagues. Team Pass. Pay once, bring up to 5 people, and keep the workspace for 12 months.
- A team that meets people all year. Business. Room for up to 10 people, a fresh allowance every month and as many collections as you need.
Started with a Team Pass and outgrowing it? Signs are a fourth event to organise, a sixth colleague, or more scans than 500 will cover. You can move the same workspace to Business at any time. See Change your plan.
Solo and a company workspace do not exclude each other. You can keep Solo for your own contacts and also work in a Team Pass or Business workspace with your team. Each workspace has its own plan, allowance and bill. See Personal space and company workspaces.
