Before you choose
You get 10 scans, 2 AI business analyses and 1 private collection, with 30 days to try Swops. No credit card is required. Choose a plan or export before the trial ends; trial contacts are then deleted with no additional export window.
One successfully captured card or event badge uses one scan, whether you use the camera or upload a photo. Manual contact entry, editing details, notes, ratings and exports do not use scan allowance. Failed operations do not use allowance.
An analysis researches a business. Opening an existing report—or reusing it for another contact at the same company within your workspace—is free. Requesting fresh research uses another analysis credit.
No. €119 is the total price for the team, covering up to 5 people. The 500 scans and 50 analyses are one shared pool. The pass is valid for 12 months and does not renew automatically.
Yes. The annual Solo plan is €49 per year, billed upfront. It includes 100 scans and 5 analyses per month. Buying annually changes the billing schedule, not the monthly allowance.
Solo and Business included allowance rolls over while subscribed, up to three months’ worth. That is up to 300 scans and 15 analyses for Solo, or 6,000 scans and 300 analyses for Business. Team Pass has a total allowance available during its 12-month validity.
Buy 500 extra scans for €39, 25 analyses for €15, or 100 analyses for €49. Top-ups are one-time purchases, valid for 12 months with an active paid plan. They do not extend the plan period or your storage access.
You retain access until the end of the paid period. After that, there is a 30-day window to view and export your collections before deletion. Team Pass similarly includes 12 months of access followed by a 30-day export window.
No. Archiving makes a collection read-only; it does not restart or extend its access period. Export the contacts and research you want to keep outside Swops.
