REFUNDS

Refund Policy

1. General Rule

1.1Save as set out in this Refund Policy or where required by law, payments are non-refundable. In particular, no refund is given for a change of mind, for unused parts of a subscription period or for unused Allowances.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

2.1If you are a Consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving access to the Service, in accordance with applicable law.

2.2Where you asked for the Service to be provided during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for the Service provided up to the time of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.

3.1Link may refund a purchase in the cases described in Link’s refund policy, such as a duplicate or unauthorised payment, or where access to the Service was not provided.

4. Refund Requests

4.1Refund and withdrawal requests are to be submitted to Link through support.link.com, through your Link account or through the link in the receipt email sent by Link. Requests may also be sent to [email protected].

5. Effect of a Refund

5.1Upon a full refund of a payment, or where a payment is reversed following a dispute, the purchase made with that payment (a Plan, a Team Pass or its extension, or a top-up) terminates and the Allowances it provided are withdrawn from the Workspace. A partial refund does not end the purchase. Where the refund ends paid access, clause 15 of the Terms of Service applies.

6. Exclusions

6.1Save where otherwise required by law:

  1. refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour;
  2. the cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not give rise to a refund for the current billing period, during which access continues; and
  3. Allowances that expire unused are not refunded.

7. Statutory Rights

7.1This Refund Policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
