A banner at the top of the app shows when your trial ends, with Explore plans.
Things the trial does not include
- Top-ups. Extra scans and analyses need an active paid plan.
- Company workspaces. A company workspace has no trial: it starts with a Team Pass or Business. Your trial lives in your private personal space.
- The instant follow-up email, which works in Team Pass and Business workspaces.
When the trial ends
When the 30 days end, the contacts, notes, card photos, research and company context in your trial are deleted. Unlike paid plans, the trial has no 30-day export window afterwards. Export first if you want to keep them, or choose a plan.
Swops emails you 3 days before the end, with a Choose a plan button and a link to export your contacts.
Moving to a paid plan
Choose Solo in your personal space to keep going on your own (€4.90 a month or €49 a year). Your contacts and collection stay as they are. The unused trial allowance ends when Solo starts and Solo’s own monthly allowance begins.
Bringing colleagues? Create a company workspace and choose a Team Pass or Business. Each workspace has its own allowance, so your personal trial contacts stay private and separate. See Plans at a glance.
Your personal space stays in your account even after the trial ends, so you can choose Solo for it at any time later, starting fresh.
