First: plans belong to workspaces
Solo belongs to your personal space. Team Pass and Business belong to a company workspace. Each workspace has its own contacts, collections, allowance and bill, and nothing moves between them: not contacts, not allowance. So going from Solo to a team plan does not convert your personal space. It means starting a company workspace next to it. See Personal space and company workspaces.
Only the owner of a workspace can change its plan.
Free trial to Solo
Choose Solo in the Plans sheet. Your trial contacts and collection stay where they are. The unused trial allowance ends and Solo’s first monthly allowance starts straight away: the review says “Your free trial allowance ends when Solo starts.” See Choose a plan and pay.
Solo, and now a team
Create a company workspace and choose a Team Pass or Business there. Your Solo subscription carries on separately for your personal space, with its own allowance and bill. If you no longer need it, cancel its renewal: see Cancel or resume a subscription. Contacts in your personal space stay private, and Swops cannot move them into the company workspace. If the team needs some of them, export them to CSV and share the file (Export contacts to a CSV file).
Team Pass to Business
Possible at any time. In the Team Pass workspace, open the plans and tap Choose Business. The review says: “This starts the new plan now at its full price. Your unused paid allowance keeps its original expiry.”
- Business starts the day you pay, with its first monthly allowance, room for up to 10 people and unlimited collections.
- Members, collections and contacts stay as they are.
- Scans and analyses left on the Team Pass stay usable until the date the pass would have ended. They show as Previous paid plan in Account›Allowance & expiry details.
- The months left on the Team Pass end when Business starts. They are not refunded or taken off the Business price.
If you only need more scans or analyses for now, a top-up may be enough.
Business to Team Pass
Only once Business has ended. While it is active, choosing a Team Pass shows Your Business plan is active: “Keep using your existing allowance. To move to a Team Pass, cancel renewal and select it after your paid period ends. Your collections stay exportable during the grace period.”
Cancel the Business renewal: Account›Cancel renewal. Business carries on until the end of the period you paid for.
When it has ended, the workspace is read-only for 30 days. Within those 30 days, open the plans in the same workspace and choose Team Pass.
The workspace is active again, with its contacts and collections, and the pass adds 3 new collections.
After the 30 days the workspace is deleted, so do not wait longer.
A Team Pass is for up to 5 people. With more members, Swops shows Team Pass includes 5 people: “Remove extra team members before switching to Team Pass. Their captured contacts stay in the company workspace.” See Remove a member or leave a workspace.
Messages you may see
- That plan is already active in Corvia Sensors. You chose the plan the workspace already has. To switch between monthly and yearly, see Monthly or yearly billing; to undo a cancelled renewal, see Cancel or resume a subscription.
- Ask the workspace owner. Only the owner can choose a plan for a company workspace.
