The rule
One card (or badge) read successfully = one scan. It does not matter whether you take the photo in Swops or upload one.

How many scans you have
- Overview and Account show the scans and analyses left in the workspace you are in.
- The scan sheet shows the count only when fewer than 10 are left, with Top up or Choose a plan.
- Account›Allowance & expiry details lists every allowance with what remains and when it expires.

Ran out at the stand?
When the scans run out, tapping Scan Card opens You’ve used your scans with a top-up of 500 scans (€39). Confirm, pay and carry on where you were. Top-ups need an active paid plan, and only the workspace owner can buy one. See Top-ups.
Until then, keep collecting: manual entry is always free.
