Your personal space, on the Free trial or Solo, is just for you.
Seats count everyone: you as the owner, the members and pending invitations. An invitation that expires after 14 days, or that you revoke, frees its seat.
The Team members page keeps count: "5 of 10 people · one shared allowance." The Team members row on Account shows only the people who have joined, so it can read lower while invitations are pending.
One price, one allowance
Swops does not charge per seat. A Team Pass is €119 for the whole team; Business is €99 a month, or €79 a month billed yearly, as "One company bill, not per person."
The team also shares one allowance. Every scan and analysis, by anyone in the workspace, comes from the same balance. Adding people does not add scans: plan for how much the whole team will scan. Running low at a busy show? The owner can add a top-up: Top-ups.
When the team is full
If every seat is taken when you send an invitation, Swops shows Your team is full:
- Team Pass: "Team Pass includes 5 people, counting pending invitations. Business includes up to 10." with View plans.
- Business: "Business includes 10 people, counting pending invitations. Remove a member or revoke an invitation to make space."
To make room:
- Revoke an invitation that is no longer needed, under Pending invitations.
- Remove someone who no longer needs access. The contacts they captured stay: Remove a member or leave a workspace.
- On a Team Pass, move up to Business for up to 10 people.
Someone accepting an invitation to a full workspace sees "This workspace is full. Ask the owner to free a seat."
Moving between Team Pass and Business
- Team Pass to Business: the owner can switch at any time, from the plans. Business starts at once, with room for up to 10 people. See Change your plan.
- Business to Team Pass: only once Business has ended. Cancel the renewal first and choose Team Pass after the paid period. The workspace must also have 5 people or fewer, counting the owner. Otherwise Swops says Team Pass includes 5 people: "Remove extra team members before switching to Team Pass. Their captured contacts stay in the company workspace."
More than 10 people?
Business is the largest plan, for up to 10 people. If your team is bigger, contact us and tell us about it. You can also run one workspace per team or region, each with its own plan and allowance. Keep in mind that contacts do not move between workspaces.
