- Personal space and company workspacesYour personal space is private to you. A company workspace is shared with your team. Each has its own plan and allowance, and they never mix.
- Create a company workspaceGive it a name, then choose Team Pass or Business. Nothing is charged until you confirm a purchase.
- Invite your teamThe workspace owner invites colleagues by email. They join by signing in with that address and share the collections and one allowance.
- Join a teamAccept the invitation from the email, or from Invitations in Swops. Sign in with the address the invitation was sent to.
- Owners and members: who can do whatThe owner looks after the plan, billing and the team. Members do everything else: scan, research, export and organise collections.
- Team size and seatsTeam Pass is for up to 5 people, Business for up to 10. Seats count the owner, the members and pending invitations.
- Remove a member or leave a workspaceThe owner can remove a member at any time, and members can leave. Either way, the contacts they captured stay with the team.
- Switch between workspacesTap the workspace name at the top to move between your personal space and your company workspaces.
- Delete a company workspaceThe owner can delete a company workspace once it has no active plan. Everything in it goes, for everyone, and it cannot be undone.
