Scan the card. Know the business. Swops saves the people you meet from a photo of their business card or event badge, then researches the company behind it with live AI, while you are still talking.

It is made for people who meet prospects face to face: exhibitors and booth teams, founders, salespeople, buyers and anyone who comes home from an event with a pocket full of cards.

How the pieces fit together

  1. Capture. Tap Scan and photograph a card or badge. Whatever it prints of name, job title, company, email, phones, website, LinkedIn, address and country is read and saved. No card? Add the contact by hand, for free.

  2. Remember. Mark the contact Hot, Warm or Cold and write a short note while the conversation is fresh.

  3. Understand. Tap Analyse business · 1 analysis. A quick look appears within seconds; the full brief follows in a minute or two, with its sources listed.

  4. Share. Show My card as a QR code so people save your details with their phone camera. On Team Pass and Business, Swops can also email your details to each person you scan, straight away.

  5. Keep it together. Contacts live in collections, one per show, client group or occasion. Teams share collections and one allowance in a company workspace.

  6. Take it with you. Export any collection to a CSV file for Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or your CRM.

Where it runs

Swops runs in the browser on your phone and your laptop. On the phone you add it to your home screen in a few taps and it opens full screen, like any other app. There is no App Store or Google Play download. See Add Swops to your home screen.

Scanning happens on the phone. The laptop is where you review contacts, read briefs, export and manage your team and plan. See What you can do on the phone and the laptop.

Online, always

Swops needs an internet connection. There is no offline mode: the card reading and the research both happen online.
