The limits per plan
| Plan | Collections | Does archiving free a slot? | Restoring an archived one |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 1 active private collection at a time | Yes | Only when no other one is active |
| Solo | 3 active private collections at a time | Yes | Only while fewer than 3 are active |
| Team Pass | 3 shared collections per pass, plus 3 with each renewal | No: archived ones still count | Always possible, uses no slot |
| Business | Unlimited shared collections | Not needed | Always possible |
The Collections page shows where you stand, under the list. For example “Up to 3 active collections. Archive one to free a slot; archives stay available while subscribed.” on Solo, or “2 of 3 collections created on this pass” on a Team Pass.
A Team Pass counts the collections created on the pass, not the ones in use. The first collection, My first event, is created when the pass starts and is one of the three. Rename it for your first show rather than leaving it empty.
When you hit the limit
New collection opens Collection limit reached with a message for your plan.
Free trial: “Your free trial includes one private collection at a time. Archive it to start a new one, or choose Solo for up to 3 private collections.”
- Rename your collection for the new occasion, if you no longer need the old name.
- Or archive it and create a new one. The archived one stays readable until the trial ends.
- Or tap View plans and choose Solo (€4.90 a month or €49 a year). See The free trial.
Solo: “Solo includes up to 3 private collections at a time. Archive one you have finished with to start a new one.”
- Close the sheet, open a collection you have finished with, tap … and choose Archive collection. Then create the new one. See Rename, archive and restore a collection.
Team Pass: “Your pass includes three shared collections, plus three with each renewal, and none are left. Archive and export any completed event; renew the Team Pass for three more, or choose Business for unlimited shared collections.”
- Archiving keeps things tidy but does not give a slot back.
- The workspace owner can renew the Team Pass (€119): 12 more months, a fresh allowance and three more collections. See Renew a Team Pass.
- Or the owner can move the workspace to Business, with unlimited collections. See Change your plan.
- Not the owner? Tap View plans to see the options, and ask your owner.
Business has no collection limit.
Restoring at the limit
On the free trial and Solo, restoring an archived collection counts like creating one. At the limit you see:
- “Your free trial includes one private collection at a time. Archive the other one before restoring this one.”
- “Solo includes up to 3 private collections at a time. Archive another one before restoring this one.”
Archive one first, then restore. On Team Pass and Business, restoring always works and uses no slot.
After a plan ends
While a workspace is read-only after paid access ends, no one can create, archive or restore collections: New collection opens the plans instead. Your collections stay viewable and exportable for 30 days. See Why a collection is read-only.
